Added

Owner can manually correct a user's post count from the user edit page — field only appears when an owner is editing someone else's profile

Fixed

Textarea resize now works in both directions (was locked to vertical only)
Opening post of a new thread no longer fails to increment the author's post count (only replies were being counted previously)
